HERNDON, VA – JULY 14, 2021 — NetCentrics, a leader in cybersecurity and enterprise IT services, today announced they received a Best Company Leadership award. The awards, bestowed by workplace sentiment site Comparably, are based on verified but anonymous employee reviews. NetCentrics’ leadership is highly rated nationally, as well as compared to industry peers in the District of Columbia and National Capital Region.

NetCentrics’ C-level team were rated on their Vision, Transparency, Empathy, Open-Mindedness, and Mission-Driven capacities. Sentiment scores ranked the CEO and Executive Team in the top 20% of companies nationwide.

Comparably analyzed anonymous survey feedback from employees working across 60,000 U.S. companies large and small. The ranking is based solely on the sentiment ratings of their top leaders. The list is segmented by Top 50 large companies (more than 500 employees) and Top 50 small/mid-size businesses (less than 500 employees).

NetCentrics ranked along with well-known brands such as Grammarly, Axios, and Tinder. NetCentrics was the only Herndon, Virginia headquartered company on the list.

“It is humbling to receive this recognition because it comes from our employees,” says NetCentrics’ CEO Lawrence O’Connor. “Our leadership works hard every day to drive company success and maintain a healthy company culture. NetCentrics depends on employee satisfaction.”

“We are grateful employees are responding positively to the programs we sponsor,” adds Kesha Buckhana, Human Resources Manager. “We’re always open to feedback and have introduced new programs this year to support employees as our company pursues goals.”

The Best Company Leadership awards are based on anonymous employee sentiment ratings during a 12-month period from June 23, 2020 through June 23, 2021. Employee participation was not required. There were no employee incentives associated with participating.

“As the world was plagued by the pandemic of the past year, employees needed executives who could lead with strength and compassion,” said Comparably CEO Jason Nazar. “NetCentrics’ inclusion on this year’s list of Best Leadership Teams is a testament to incredible senior managers who worked together to get through one of the most challenging times in history.”

Access the full list of Comparably’s Best Company Leadership 2021 awards can be found here. Comparably also featured NetCentrics for the company’s involvement with military veterans, following a Best Place to Work in Washington, D.C. award earlier this year.

This award comes on the heels of NetCentrics’ coverage in The Silicon Review for the company’s role as a cybersecurity innovator.
