Kenny Cushing is our Chief Executive Officer and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.  Kenny has over 27 years of diverse business leadership, management consulting, and military experience across the private sector, Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Federal Civilian Agencies.

Prior to joining NetCentrics, Kenny served as the Senior Vice President of Defense at Avantus Federal, leading their largest division. He has held multiple senior executive roles to include Chief Marketing Officer and Head of New Cyber Products for General Dynamics Mission Systems; led two start-ups at The Odin Group and Pivvit; served as the CTO of the Mission Operations Directorate at the National Reconnaissance Office; and, as a management consultant and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.

Kenny is a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force (Reserves) and in this role he is the senior DoD official at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) at the Department of Homeland Security.

Kenny is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy. He holds advanced degrees from American Military University and The George Washington University and completed Harvard Kennedy School’s Executive Program for Cybersecurity and McKinsey & Company’s MBA program in connection with Harvard Business School.

Kenny is an elected member of the Board of Directors of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and is a member of Business Executives for National Security (BENS). He is married to his best friend, Chelsea, and has three sons, Logan, Adrien, and Dorian.

Rhonda Casper is an accomplished and visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with a proven history of driving organizational success through strategic human capital management. With over fifteen years of experience in leading HR functions for global companies in the GovCon space, Rhonda is highly regarded for her expertise in aligning people strategies with business objectives to create a high-performing and engaged workforce.

As a strategic partner to the executive team, Rhonda has successfully led organizational transformations, identifying, and addressing critical HR challenges, and implementing change management strategies to improve efficiency, processes, effectiveness, and adaptability to align with NetCentrics’ mission, vision, and long-term growth strategy. Rhonda has a proven ability to navigate complex business environments and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and driving positive business outcomes.

Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Studies from Southeast Missouri State University and continuously stays abreast of industry trends and best practices through professional organizations and network participation. Rhonda serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics of Maryland.

Teena Lavu is our Senior Vice President of Delivery. Teena has nearly 25 years of experience delivering distinctly superior customer service in government contracting. Teena has been recognized for her proven successes executing strategy, program growth, and people and operations management. She has won multiple awards for her excellence in delivery which led to tripling the growth of her portfolio.

Teena is a University of Maryland graduate, certified scrum master (CSM) and project management professional (PMP). She is also a board member of the Next Step Foundation, supplying free education and training to children without such access. Teena is dedicated to her community, academia and cultivating the future leaders of our world.

Jason Salley is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience leading organizational transformation, strategic planning, and process improvement in organizations supporting the Intelligence Community (IC), Armed Services, Department of Defense, NASA, NOAA, and various federal agencies among others. He serves as Vice President of Proposal Development, leading NetCentrics’ largest, mission-critical opportunities.

He has led large cross functional teams supporting critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, radio, and space communications, C4ISR, satellite and missile technology, radar and ground station support, information technology, cloud computing, and SOC/SOCaaS programs among others. He brings significant business development expertise from across industry, including Advanced Concepts and Technologies International (ACT I), CACI, and General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS). Mr. Salley is APMP-Foundation certified proposal professional. He holds a master’s degree from the George Washington University and a Top Secret security clearance.
