At NetCentrics, we’ve always prided ourselves on being a great place to work. But a recent ranking from Indeed.com recognizes us as one of the “best of the best.”

In fact, Indeed named us as one of just “20 Amazing Tech Companies Hiring in Washington, D.C.” Indeed praised NetCentrics for our “transformative” technologies in data analytics, machine learning, AI and cybersecurity solutions, contributing to a “forward-thinking, agile approach (that) helps its customers develop comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, shift legacy apps to the cloud and modernize their tech stacks.”

In addition, Indeed noted that NetCentrics fully supports training expenses so that all staffers are certified in their areas of expertise. Via Indeed reviews, employees indicated that the rich variety of assignments enable them to “obtain lots of experience across different environments” in a professional culture of “open communication and collaboration with peers and management.”

“If you are seeking stability, and a place to grow while contributing to the growth of the company, NetCentrics is for you,” another employee wrote in an Indeed review. “If you are willing, the company will invest in you.”

Since 1995, NetCentrics has served as an IT pioneer for the U.S. government. We designed and installed one of the first computer networks deployed in the Pentagon. Just one day after the terrorist attacks of 9/11, we restored operations at Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) – an effort that resulted in the awarding of a Commander’s citation for three of our employees. Today, we are a leading provider of IT strategy, mission applications, infrastructure and cloud services, service delivery and cybersecurity to the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other agencies government-wide.

Ultimately, NetCentrics has always been about our people. Whether they work in management or as an IT team member, we give our employees every opportunity to grow, with plenty of support through training, certification testing and on-site mentorships. When we tell valued job candidates that they will join teams that deliver custom solutions to entire federal agencies – supporting some of the most important missions of our nation – they listen closely and quickly conclude that they want to come on board. Because of the work they do, NetCentrics professionals frequently emerge as industry thought leaders who are in high demand as conference speakers and bylined authors of white papers, blogs and technology/government media publication articles. If this sounds like the kind of career that interests you, then we’d love to hear from you.
