NetCentrics Wins Comparably Award for Best Company to Work for in Washington, D.C.

HERNDON, VA – APRIL 7, 2021 — NetCentrics, the leader in cybersecurity, telecommunications, and enterprise IT services, today announced it was recognized as a Best Company to Work for in Washington, D.C. by the 2021 Comparably awards.

NetCentrics ranks in the Top 5% of companies in the District of Columbia and the National Capital Region, as rated by employees, along with brands such as Axios, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Google. NetCentrics is the only company from Herndon.

Best Companies to Work for awards are based on anonymous sentiment ratings from employees during a 12-month period, from March 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021. There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was nomination required.

NetCentrics employees rate professional development, mentorship, career growth, and other benefits provided by the company. Over 60 verified employees anonymously participated. Sentiment scores ranked the CEO, Executive Team, Compensation, and overall Happiness sentiment scores in the top 5% of other companies in the region.
