Susan has more than 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, including industries such as education, high tech and government contracting. At NetCentrics she works closely with the executive team and various lines of business to align the company’s human resources initiatives with strategic goals and objectives.
The early part of Susan’s career was spent at The Wyatt Company (now Towers Watson), Arthur Andersen and Anderson Consulting. Later, she provided support for a company going public and helped coordinate several mergers and acquisitions – from both the position of the buyer and the acquired company – and established and grew the Human Resources infrastructure in start-up organizations.
Susan has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a master’s in Human Resources Management from Marymount University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and was recognized for her contributions in 2011 when she was awarded the Washington Area Human Resources Leadership Award (HRLA) for Mentoring.
