Natalie oversees the successful execution and management of NetCentrics’ contract operations and new business growth, ensuring high quality, professional services are delivered that meet or exceed all customer expectations of outstanding service support. In her many years of NetCentrics management, she has greatly facilitated the design and growth of our corporate infrastructure, establishing repeatable, efficient processes, and leading the company’s ISSO and CMMI certification efforts. Her direct management has led to NetCentrics ISO 9001, 20000, and 27000 certifications and the CMMI Level 3:DEV registration. Natalie established the core operations infrastructure necessary to sustain continued growth each year, and NetCentrics has achieved a 10-fold increase in annual revenue during her tenure. Natalie initiated the development of NetCentrics’ corporate objectives and its 5-year strategic plan.
Natalie graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Biological Sciences and is an active member in several philanthropy organizations including the Washington DC Catholic Business Network (CBN) and Suited for Change.
