As Chief Financial Officer, Jeff leads our Corporate Finance Department and our Contracts Department. Jeff is responsible for the validity and accuracy of all financial statements, overseas all contractual actions, and as CFO builds financial strategies to facilitate the company meeting its financial and expansion goals and its regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities and requirements. Jeff builds and tracks budgets, the Annual Operating Plan, and all financial and contracting related projects and reporting requirements.
Prior to joining NetCentrics, Jeff worked as CFO for MorganFranklin Consulting, where he spearheaded the formation and financing of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). He also led the completion of a $35M divestiture of its National Security Solutions business unit to SRA International, Inc. (now GDIT). Prior to MorganFranklin Consulting, he served as VP of Finance for Sonitrol Security, subsidiary of Tyco International, where he led a $122M divesture from the parent company and its eventual private equity sale. Prior to Sonitrol Security, he reported to the Director of Financial Compliance for Concert B.V., a global joint venture between AT&T and British Telecommunications. Jeff has held senior financial leadership positions with Network Access Solutions Corporation (IPO and private placement) and Xybernaut Corporation. He began his career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche and Thompson Greenspon.
Jeff was named a CFO of the Year by the Washington Business Journal in July, 2016 and holds a BS in Accounting, from Virginia Tech.
