The Federal Trade Commission’s Information Technology Support Service (ITSS) Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) is designed to implement low-code and cloud-based solutions that serve as the architectural foundation for modernizing FTC business applications and the cultural shift to cloud computing. The FTC ISS BPA vehicle provides the FTC with architecture design, application development, security engineering, and subject matter expertise required for modernization. Informational technology (IT) activities include: platform development and configuration, application redesign and implementation, application cutover, and ongoing operation and maintenance services.
