This Holiday season NetCentrics collected items for Mobile Hope of Loudoun, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that supports children and young adults (24 years of age and younger) who are precariously housed, homeless, or at risk, living in Loudoun County. Created in 2011, the mission of Mobile Hope is to use the social determinants of health framework to improve the lives of children. From food, clothing, and life counseling to housing referrals, medical attention, and financial support, Mobile Hope offers a number of services for children in need. Operating solely on the support of volunteers and donors, every contribution counts. To learn more, visit: http://www.mobilehopeloudoun.org/
