SeaPort-e Contract

To achieve the objective and increase efficiency of Sea Power 21, the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers established the SeaPort-e IDIQ contract. NAVSEA has awarded multiple IDIQ contracts for a wide range of engineering, technical, programmatic services and solutions for the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Program (SSP), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Office of Naval Research, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and the U.S. Marine Corps.

SCOPE

SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. NetCentrics provides the experience and knowledge to fully support and execute the mission with a very competitive rate structure.

  • Cost Control: NetCentrics operates a web-based program management support office and information system to deliver Seaport-e task order performance management efficiencies.

QUALITY PERFORMANCE (ISO 9001:2008® AND ISO 20000®)

NetCentrics uses standard processes for quality management and performance. We operate to PMBoK®, ITILv3® and CMMI® process and lifecycle standards. Our Quality Management System is compliant with ISO 9001:2008® and our IT operations are compliant with ISO 20000® standards. NetCentrics applies these processes and standards for task order execution.

NetCentrics is committed to delivering quality Information Technology (IT) solutions, implementing a quality management program, and continually improving the effectiveness of the program to ensure we meet our contractual obligations on time and within budget. This responsibility for quality performance is shared by all NetCentrics employees. Quality is basic to our management approach, supports our core values, and is the definition of what our clients and business partners expect.

Our Quality Assurance Program (QAP) is based upon our Quality Management System that is fully compliant with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The QAP establishes the methods by which we conduct quality assurance activities that concentrate on preventing performance problems through continuous monitoring and evaluation of program-specific processes, products, and services including those produced by our subcontractors.
